After losing my 15-year-old son,Ā birds tapped on my windows. They walked into my house and whispered dreams about the healing power of the harp. I finally bought one. And oh, it was magic. The harp started me on my healing journey and attuned me to the energies floating all around me. It helped me immerse myself into mindfulness and expand my heart to carry both sorrow and joy.
For over two decades, I have dedicated myself to studying and practicing meditation, mindfulness, and various healing modalities, including certifications in grief movement and grief coaching.Ā
